We sell physical, general-purpose beverage hardware: glassware, stainless preparation tools, insulated drinkware, ice tools, trays and hosting accessories. Every item is designed for use with any beverage, such as water, tea, sparkling drinks and alcohol-free recipes.

We do not sell, ship, supply, bundle, gift or promote alcoholic drinks or any product containing alcohol. Our brand content is about alcohol-free hosting. Nothing on this site is intended to encourage or promote the consumption of alcohol or excessive drinking of any kind.

Our products carry no third-party artwork. We do not print or apply licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities, luxury marks, platform logos or copyrighted designs. All forms and finishes are plain or original to Sugar House.

Our products are household drinkware and tools. Use them as described and observe the following:

• Food-contact glass, stainless steel and silicone components meet applicable FDA and LFGB food-grade material standards. Glassware is lead-free.
• Glassware can chip, crack and break, causing cuts. Inspect before each use and stop using any damaged piece.
• Preparation tools include sharp blades that can cut. Store them covered and keep them away from children.
• Small parts present a choking hazard to children under 3. Keep them out of reach and supervise minors at all times.
• Trays, stands and folding frames must be placed on a level surface. You are responsible for safe assembly, stable placement and staying within the stated load limit.
• Unless a product page states otherwise, items are for cold or ambient drinks and are not microwave, oven or pressure-vessel safe. Do not pour boiling liquid into cold glass.
• Follow the care instructions on each product page. Not every component is dishwasher safe.

Our products make no health, medical, therapeutic, nutritional, weight-loss, detoxifying, purification or mineralisation claims. Product descriptions state physical parameters only, such as capacity, material, dimensions and insulation performance. Insulation figures are typical laboratory results and will vary with ambient conditions and use.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices include our margin but exclude delivery, which is added at checkout, and exclude any import duty or tax charged by your destination country, which is your responsibility as the importer. Payments appear on your statement as SUGAR HOUSE.

Membership plans are optional recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD until cancelled. Benefits apply only while the subscription is active and to orders placed during the paid period.

You may cancel at any time. Benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, after which they stop. Unused benefits do not carry over to another period and have no cash value. Membership fees for a period already started are not refundable except where consumer law requires. Membership is not a credit, deposit, voucher or stored-value product.

The Pour Finder returns informational alcohol-free recipe ideas and a product suggestion. It never returns recipes containing alcohol. It is not nutritional, dietary or medical advice, and you are responsible for checking every ingredient against your own allergies and dietary needs. See our AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.

Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellation and returns in our Refund & Returns Policy. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent consumer law where you live.

This site is not intended for anyone under 13. If you are aged 13 to 17 you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must supply a guardian email address at checkout and on our forms. Purchases by under-18s are made on the guardian's authority and responsibility.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Except where such liability cannot be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, by use contrary to the safety guidance above, or by continued use of a damaged item.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
