Acceptable Use Policy

Sugar House does not sell, ship, supply, bundle, gift, advertise or promote alcoholic drinks, or any product containing alcohol, anywhere on this site. Everything we sell is general-purpose beverage hardware: glass, stainless steel, silicone, bamboo and cork tools that work with any drink you choose to make.

Our brand exists for alcohol-free hosting. Nothing we publish is intended to encourage drinking alcohol, to glamorise it, or to promote excessive or unsafe consumption of anything. Our recipe content, our Pour Finder and our product photography are alcohol-free without exception.

What you do with a tool after you buy it is your own business and your own responsibility. We simply do not build, write or market around alcohol, and we will not accept custom or wholesale work that asks us to.

You may browse, order and use the Pour Finder for your own personal or business purchasing. You must not:

• place fraudulent orders, use a payment method that is not yours, or attempt any form of payment fraud or card testing;
• scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically copy our images, product text or recipes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, administration console or another customer's data;
• probe, scan, overload or disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code;
• impersonate Sugar House, or resell our products while presenting yourself as us or as an authorised agent without a wholesale agreement;
• submit false information through our forms, or use them to send spam or abusive content;
• enter another person's personal data into the Pour Finder or any form without their permission.

Anything you submit through our contact, wholesale or checkout forms must be accurate, lawful, and yours to send. Do not send unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or infringing content. We may refuse or discontinue service, cancel an order, or decline a wholesale enquiry where this policy is broken.

Our products and site carry no third-party intellectual property. We do not print or apply licensed characters, sports teams, celebrities, musicians, film, television, game or animation properties, luxury or platform marks, or copyrighted artwork, and we do not describe our products as compatible with, inspired by, or an alternative to any other brand. Do not ask us to reproduce a third party's trade mark or artwork on a custom or wholesale order; we will decline. Our own names, logo, photography and text are protected — see our Content License.

You must be at least 13 to use this site. If you are 13 to 17 you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must supply a guardian email address at checkout and on our forms. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Where this policy is broken we may warn you, cancel orders, refuse future service, block access, or report the matter to the authorities, depending on how serious it is. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
