Something arrived broken. What now?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the item and its packaging. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you pay nothing to return it. Do not use a chipped or cracked glass. Full detail in our Refund & Returns Policy.

How do I return something I simply do not want?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back unused and complete within 14 days of telling us. You cover the return delivery. We refund to your original card within 14 days of it reaching us.

Where is my order?
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days and email you carrier tracking. Delivery estimates by destination are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you are past the estimate by 10 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

What does delivery cost?
A flat $12.00 USD per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Members get it free — see Membership.

Do you sell alcohol, or anything containing it?
No. We sell glassware, tools and hosting pieces only, and never any alcoholic product. Everything we make is built for alcohol-free hosting. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Is the glassware safe for food and drink?
Yes. Food-contact glass, stainless steel and silicone meet applicable FDA and LFGB food-grade material standards, and our glassware is lead-free. We publish physical specifications only — capacity, material, dimensions and insulation — and make no health or nutritional claims.

How do I cancel my membership?
Email us and we cancel it the same business day. Benefits run to the end of the period you have paid for, then stop. Unused benefits do not carry over.

How do I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
Email us with the request and we respond within one month. Your full rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
